This includes candidate search through our extensive database, weekly social media outreach through Ascent’s extensive network, and candidate profiling prior to submission.

Proactive
In addition to the reactive offering there will be a dedicated team (Manager and Researchers) conducting a targeted LinkedIn campaign utilising premium search and InMails. Each candidate will be subject to a bespoke telephone, face-to-face or video interview reflective of your needs.

Retained
Our most premium level of service designed to guarantee you delivery on hard to fill or senior roles. We will include customised advertisements on multiple professional services recruitment sites. A dedicated team of a Director, Manager and Researchers will provide weekly updates. A longlist and shortlist deliverable will be produced on an agreed timeline, with each candidate subject to a face-to-face meeting and DISC profiling.
