We created a longlist of 150 names from various Germany cities targeting the top 7 strategy consultancies in Germany and Austria. We then had video skypes with 15 candidates and submitted 8 people who were all interviewed. This type of role is one of the most difficult in the market so we needed to speak to a lot of candidates to find people who were interested, it really was a numbers game!
