Job Role Requirements

  • Experience from another consultancy with experience in the public sector
  • Experience in the industry such as local government, adult and children social care, NHS, Healthcare, local authorities etc 
  • Have worked on organisational change, culture or behavioural change projects 
  • Passion for the sector and making a difference 
  • Excellent EQ and collaborative nature
