What they look for: 

• Prior consulting experience from a large or smaller consultancy (ideally 3 years minimum depending on experience)
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial team and contribute to company growth
• Life sciences, healthcare or pharmaceutical experience within consulting or industry
• Scientific degree if not working in the field within in consulting
• Passion and interest in improving pharmaceutical + biotech companies
• Down to earth, collaborative personalities with ambition
