Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic consulting projects for clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
- Work directly with senior stakeholders and C-suite clients from day one.
- Develop and implement strategies that drive company effectiveness and growth.
- Engage in client relationship development and continuous project delivery.
- Collaborate in a close-knit team and receive ongoing mentorship from Partners.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior consulting experience (large or boutique firm – typically 3+ years depending on level).
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors (industry or consulting).
- Scientific degree (if experience is not within the sector).
- Passion for improving pharmaceutical and biotech company effectiveness.
- Collaborative, down-to-earth personality with ambition and drive.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in organisational or corporate strategy consulting.
- Exposure to operating model, commercial strategy, or transformation programmes.
