Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2–10 years of experience in Technology Management Consulting.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and programme delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing consulting team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital, operating model, or IT transformation delivery.
- Background in consulting for public sector, financial services, or retail clients.
- Programme or project management experience.
- Previous experience at a top-tier or boutique consultancy.
