They work to improve corporate performance and product competitiveness through CAPEX and OPEX optimisation. Their projects include, Product development (Design to Cost/Value Engineering), Product redesign (Redesign to Cost/Value Analysis), Operational Expenditures (OPEX), Capital Investments (CAPEX), Commodity Sourcing.

They are looking to grow their team with individuals from graduate level through to Director. Candidates must have a Master’s in Engineering from a top school and the right to work in the country which they wish to be based in. the sweet spot in terms of experience is anything between 0-10 years. Candidates must have EU or US citizenship for respective countries (due to the confidential nature of the work, EU Clue Cards are not accepted).  Must be fluent in language for each location, fluent French (Paris), fluent German (Dusseldorf) and fluent English (New York).
