When we initially met our client, headquartered in New York City, they were looking for a new long-term partner to help meet their growth plans. They were looking to attract high-quality candidates and needed an expert with a strong network in the Management Consulting space.

They needed candidates with strong consulting experience ideally in the Pharmaceutical sector at a range of levels. Candidates needed to fit the culture as well as have the experience and skills required to be a success.
