The Problem
Our client is a large corporate business based in the USA. They were looking to attract high-quality candidates and needed an expert with a strong network in the Management Consulting space for their growing internal consulting team.
What The Client Needed
They needed candidates with strong consulting experience at all grades who wanted to make a move to an in-house role. The candidates had to have broad experience and have completed a wide variety of consulting engagements due to the nature of the work they would be doing within the internal consulting team. They also needed to be a great culture match and have exceptional communication skills, as well as being an excellent management consultant.
The Search - Proactive
First, we had multiple calls with the client to make sure we understood exactly what they were looking for. We then went onto research, contact and interview over 1000 candidates. We submit the best ones to the client on an ongoing basis.
Results
Ascent has placed over 10 candidates into the internal consulting team of this large corporate at all grades. We feel proud that we have placed some great people who are continuing to make a significant difference to the company.
The Future
