I’m looking for a Sales Practice Leader (Vice President) to join a world-class unique B2B professional services pricing and sales negotiation boutique. Their team is made up of thought leaders and influencers that are passionate about building breakout growth and profitability for their clients.

Job Role Responsibilities 

This is a fantastic opportunity to get in early and help shape and build the company’s sales practice and the thought leadership it needs, whilst adhering to their unique Negotiating with Backbone framework. 

Job Role Requirements 

This position requires you to lead the sales practice, with an eye towards innovation and IP development in collaboration with other leaders. The sales strategy focus is on account planning and developing value messaging to grow share of wallet and transform sales teams from a customer service remit to problem solvers or sellers that lead with insight. Understanding the science of selling and the mindset of salespeople is a must.
