In-house Consulting Opportunity

Client Overview

My client who I am recruiting for is a large corporate company based in the USA who are looking to add to their in-house consulting team. Working purely within the business itself, this is an in-house role, not working for any external clients. Team has alumni from McKinsey, Accenture, Deloitte, EY, etc. 

Job Role Requirements

• Variety of levels (Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers and Directors).                                                                                                                                 
• 3-15 years of experience with work in the Strategy and Operating Model space.
• Managers and above must have some kind of Masters degree.
• a work permit for the USA.

What our client can offer 

• Flexible, remote working - they are happy for people to be based remotely from any location in the USA Chicago and further East (e.g. Washington DC, New York, Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, etc.). 
• There will be a small amount of travel just once a month once the pandemic has settled down, hence why they can't hire people based from San Francisco. 
• They pay well and do really interesting work with great career progression and staff retention.
