Start-up strategy consultancy hiring a 3^rd Partner in order to accelerate growth across the United States. The company works with largely Private Equity and some industry clients within Consumer, Retail and Education. In this role you’ll have the opportunity for autonomy to develop your team and book of business while also enjoying flexible working practices without big company bureaucracy.

You must have strong relationships with Private Equity clients and confident in selling work. You’ll have the benefit of a collaborative team with 11 FTE and over 300 contractors available to deliver the projects you bring into the business.

The business is a remote working model with only essential travel and quarterly in-person team meetings.

The role comes with a strong compensation which directly rewards growth of the business through % of profit and equity.
