AI deployment strategy jobs (remote US)

We are recruiting for AI deployment strategy jobs in the US with a high-growth technology business working at the intersection of procurement, data, and artificial intelligence.

Our client is looking for a Senior Deployment Strategist to work directly with Fortune 500 companies and private equity portfolio businesses, helping them implement and scale AI solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of AI solutions across enterprise clients, from onboarding through to value realisation
• Act as the primary strategic contact for senior stakeholders, including CPOs and C-suite leaders
• Lead deep-dive spend analysis and translate data into actionable commercial insights
• Configure and tailor the platform to align with procurement workflows and category structures
• Identify gaps, challenges, and feature opportunities, feeding insights back into the product team
• Partner with product and engineering teams to shape future development
• Build and refine deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices
• Lead and mentor junior team members as the function scales

Required qualifications and skills

• Experience in procurement consulting, deployment strategy, or enterprise transformation
• Strong understanding of sourcing, category management, or spend transformation
• Experience working with large enterprise clients or private equity portfolio companies
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into insight
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior executive engagement
• Experience working in complex, ambiguous environments

Preferred qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in consulting or a related field
• Experience managing workstreams or leading project delivery
• Strong Excel and data modelling capability (e.g. pivot tables, spend cubes, complex models)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
• Interest in product development and technology-led solutions
• Python or technical capability (bonus)

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive base salary of $170k–$230k

Location and work arrangement

This role is fully remote within the US.

You will work closely with enterprise clients and internal teams, with occasional travel depending on project requirements.
