With consistent double-digit growth over the past 10 years, they are now expanding their New York office to support increasing demand across technology, telecoms, and media.

Key responsibilities
- Support the growth of the New York office through recruitment and team development
- Contribute to business development and proposal creation within the TMT practice
- Lead or support client engagements across strategy, commercial due diligence, and transformation
- Manage and deliver analytical and research workstreams
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects
- Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and thought leadership
- Support the development of junior team members

Required qualifications and skills
- 4+ years’ experience in consulting or a relevant professional services environment
- Experience within TMT, strategy, M&A, or transaction services is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Bachelor’s degree required, with strong academic performance
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working on international projects
- Exposure to private equity or commercial due diligence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a business unit
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive base salary of $120k–$230k
- Bonus structure linked to performance (up to 16%)

Location and work arrangement
This role is based in New York, with flexibility for remote working depending on project requirements.
