Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, you will lead multiple consulting engagements, manage project teams and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project teams of 2-4 consultants across multiple engagements.
- Leading strategic sourcing and procurement transformation projects.
- Overseeing data analysis, market research and pricing benchmarks.
- Managing RFx processes, contract reviews and savings model development.
- Developing innovative category sourcing strategies.
- Leading supplier negotiations.
- Presenting recommendations and project outcomes to C-suite clients.
- Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the firm.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate will have:
- Around 3+ years’ experience in procurement consulting and/or strategic sourcing.
- Strong project management and client management experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Experience leading consulting teams and managing multiple workstreams.
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in a quantitative discipline.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
