Our client is expanding its Pricing Strategy team, supporting B2B professional services organisations to improve pricing, commercial performance, and profitability. This is a key growth area for the business, offering strong progression and direct exposure to senior stakeholders.

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Manager looking to take on a high-impact position within a growing practice, working across a range of sectors including financial services, technology, and professional services.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the development and growth of the pricing strategy practice
  • Deliver pricing strategy and optimisation projects for B2B clients
  • Design and implement commercial models to drive revenue and margin improvement

Required qualifications and skills

  • Strong experience in pricing strategy, commercial strategy, or consulting
  • Background in a top-tier consultancy or specialist pricing/growth firm
  • Experience working with B2B clients across sectors such as financial services, tech, or professional services
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality work
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
  • Experience contributing to business development and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in building or scaling a pricing or commercial function
  • Exposure to private equity or growth-focused environments
  • Industry experience in a commercial or operator role

Compensation and benefits

  • Competitive base salary of £110k–£130k
  • Bonus up to 40% based on performance
