Organisation Design Jobs London – Associate Principal
We are recruiting for organisation design jobs in London at Associate Principal level.
We’re seeking a Senior Manager / Junior Director with a strong background in management consulting and organisation design.
You’ll be a proven deliverer who can lead large, complex engagements, shape new opportunities, and grow strategic client relationships. This is a senior leadership role for someone ready to take ownership of major accounts, mentor teams, and play a key role in driving the company’s continued growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver organisation design, strategy, and transformation programmes for major clients
- Manage and grow key client relationships, taking ownership of multi-million-pound accounts and building trusted partnerships
- Bring structure, insight, and impact through a management consulting toolkit and a hands-on delivery approach
- Coach and mentor consultants, building capability and fostering collaboration
- Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and business growth
Required qualifications and skills
Key skills & experience
- Significant consulting experience (typically 8–12 years) across organisation design, strategy, and transformation
- Proven delivery leadership across multi-workstream or enterprise-wide change programmes
- Strong client account management and business development experience, with a record of growth or ownership
- Ability to work sector-agnostically, bringing strategic and analytical thinking to diverse challenges
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to build and shape a growing practice
Location & travel
- Based in London, with hybrid working (typically 3 days per week in the office or with clients)
- Opportunities for international travel depending on project needs
Preferred qualifications
- Experience within a management consultancy environment
- Experience leading workstreams or complex programme delivery
- Exposure to business development or proposal work
