Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2–10 years of experience in Technology Management Consulting.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and programme delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing consulting team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital, operating model, or IT transformation delivery.
• Background in consulting for public sector, financial services, or retail clients.
• Programme or project management experience.
• Previous experience at a top-tier or boutique consultancy.
