We’re partnering with a leading consulting firm in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, known for its strategic expertise in R&D, Medical Affairs, and Commercialisation projects. The firm is currently looking for junior consultants with 1–3 years of experience to join its London-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of strategic consulting projects across R&D, Medical Affairs, and Commercialisation.
  • Contribute to projects focused on operating model transformation and commercial strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced consultants and cross-functional client teams.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and presentation of findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in a variety of project types across the life sciences and pharma sectors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting or strategic project delivery.
  • Strong interest in life sciences, pharma, or healthcare consulting.
  • Solid analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in a life sciences, pharmaceutical, or business-related field. 
  • Prior experience in transformation, operating model, or commercial strategy projects.
  • Exposure to R&D, medical affairs, or commercialisation in the pharma sector.
