Our client works across a broad range of industries and is looking for collaborative, team-orientated consultants who value diversity and have the desire to work across a variety of sectors, including, Public sector, Financial Services, Consumer, Sport, etc and contribute to the company’s growth and culture.
Candidates will ideally have 8 + years’ experience, and/or be operating at the Manager level or above, and have a background in managing and delivering organisation design projects, in complex environments.
Your experience would preferably be from a Management consultancy, or in a similar internal consultative role, delivering organisation design and change.
