The problem

We initially met our client in May 2012, they had ambitious growth plans and were currently 150 people. They were looking to double in size over the next 3 years and were struggling to find a supplier who could source high numbers of exceptional candidates across multiple geographies.

What the client needed

They needed a large volume of high-calibre candidates with an excellent numerical education, consultancy experience and an analytical mindset. As well as English, they also looked for candidates with languages such as German, French, Italian and Spanish.  They also wanted to expand into Germany, Nordics and the US.

The search - Proactive

Our search was focussed on candidates working for large brand consulting firms both in London and abroad, since the client was also looking for people with a native foreign language. We have contacted 1000’s of people across the globe in order to meet their requirements.  We stringently assessed their numerical capability, willingness to travel and consultancy toolkit to maximise their chances of placing.

Results

We have placed over 85 people across the globe and helped them launch new offices in Dusseldorf, Denmark and New York.  Our client has now grown to over 350 people and we have supported them with 15 hires this year alone.  We have placed candidates from business analyst all the way through to Principal grade.

The future

Due to the clients continued growth, we are placing more people with them than ever before and have a team of people dedicated to securing the best candidates for their business. We have a great relationship and feel like true partners.
